- **Shipping Destinations:**Unfortunately, we do not ship to Oceania and Afrika at this time.

- **Domestic Shipping:** Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
- **International Shipping:** We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply.

- Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at vkpshopteam@gmail.com a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Package the item securely, including the original packing slip and the RAN.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.
